About me

I was raised in traditional Cheyenne ways— learning ceremony, prayer, and the responsibilities that come with walking a medicine path. From an early age, I was taught that healing is not something you claim for yourself, but something you serve when called. These teachings shaped my understanding of spirit, community, and the unseen forces that move through our lives.

Like many, I did not walk a straight line. As I grew older, I turned away from those ways and entered a darker chapter of my life. I lost my footing, my clarity, and my connection to the responsibilities I had been entrusted with. That time humbled me. It showed me how easy it is to forget who you are—and how painful it can be to live without alignment.

What ultimately brought me back was the medicine itself. The prayers, ceremonies, and spiritual disciplines I had once stepped away from became the very tools that restored my life. Through them, I healed my own wounds, reclaimed my direction, and remembered my duty—not as a title, but as a relationship with Spirit and with people.

Today, I carry these teachings with humility and care. I work quietly, intentionally, and with deep respect for the traditions that formed me. My role is not to impress or persuade, but to listen, to guide, and to help others release what weighs on them so they can return to balance and clarity in their own lives.

I now offer this work beyond my immediate community—supporting individuals who feel called to healing, who sense something unresolved within them, or who are seeking a more grounded and authentic connection to spirit. My hope is simple: to help people remember their own medicine, and to walk their lives with greater truth, strength, and presence.
